Terms of Service

These terms govern use of RunCheck, operated by RunCheck.Run. By purchasing or using RunCheck, the user agrees to these terms.

1. The service

RunCheck provides educational estimates and coaching suggestions based on a short running video and optional activity context. One payment unlocks one specified report on the same browser. A new video analysis may require a new payment.

2. Not medical advice

RunCheck is not a medical device and does not diagnose, prevent or treat injury or disease. Results are video-based estimates and may be inaccurate. Users should stop an exercise that causes pain and consult an appropriately qualified professional for pain, injury or health concerns.

3. User responsibilities

Users must provide content they are entitled to use, follow safe filming practices, keep credentials private, and not misuse, reverse engineer, disrupt or attempt unauthorised access to the service.

4. Purchases and refunds

Prices and the scope of the purchased report are shown before checkout. Payments are handled by Stripe. Unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise, refund requests should be sent to corecovered@gmail.com with the payment email and purchase date. Approved refunds return to the original payment method.

5. Availability and changes

The service may change, be interrupted or be withdrawn. RunCheck does not guarantee that every video or imported activity can be analysed. Where practical, recovery guidance will be shown.

6. Intellectual property

RunCheck, Scout, the interface, reports and software are owned by or licensed to the operator. Users retain rights in their uploaded content and may use their personal report and share cards for personal, non-commercial sharing.

7. Prohibited use

Users may not upload unlawful or malicious content, probe security, evade payment controls, scrape the service, impersonate others, or use RunCheck to make medical or employment decisions about another person.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RunCheck is provided without guarantees of biomechanical or medical accuracy. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.

9. Termination

Access may be restricted for misuse, security threats or legal requirements. Terms that by nature survive termination remain effective.

10. Governing terms

The governing law, courts and mandatory consumer dispute information must be completed for the operator’s legal jurisdiction before production launch.
