Terms of Service

1. Operator

RunCheck is published by AX VANGUARD, 126 Rue Saint Denis, 75002 Paris, France. Contact: RunCheck.run@gmail.com. The service is hosted by Vercel Inc.; provider information is available at vercel.com/legal.

2. Service

RunCheck turns a short running video into educational form estimates, coaching suggestions and optional share assets. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose or treat injury. Stop if exercise causes pain and seek qualified advice when needed.

3. Purchases

The price and included content are shown before checkout. One report unlocks the selected analysis. A three-report Progress Pack unlocks the current report and stores two credits in the verified Progress account. Credits are linked to the payment email, are not transferable and expire after 12 months. RunCheck is not a subscription.

4. Payment, delivery and refunds

Stripe handles payment. Access is normally delivered after payment confirmation. For help or a refund request, contact RunCheck.run@gmail.com with the payment email, date and report reference. Mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable withdrawal right, remain unaffected.

5. Acceptable use and ownership

Use RunCheck lawfully and safely, and only upload content you are entitled to use. Do not attack, disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer or bypass payment or security. You keep rights in your uploaded content. RunCheck, Scout, the interface, reports and software remain owned by or licensed to the operator. Personal reports and share assets may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. Availability and responsibility

Results are estimates and depend on the submitted video. The service may evolve or occasionally be unavailable. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Law and contact

French law applies without removing mandatory protections granted by the law of a consumer’s country. Contact RunCheck.run@gmail.com first for an amicable resolution. Rights to consumer mediation and the competent courts remain unaffected.
