Privacy Policy
Last updated: 14 August 2026
This policy gives the essential information about how RunCheck uses personal data.
1. About RunCheck
RunCheck is operated by AX VANGUARD, 126 Rue Saint Denis, 75002 Paris, France. It was designed by AX VANGUARD, with running expertise from Andrey (@fitnboard). Privacy and support contact: RunCheck.run@gmail.com.
2. What we use and why
RunCheck uses the information you enter, running-form results derived from your clip, coaching preferences, account and saved-report information, generated assets, payment references, and essential security or aggregate audience data. We use it to provide and improve the requested service, manage access and payments, protect RunCheck, and meet legal obligations. To improve gait analysis, RunCheck may retain a privacy-limited learning record containing only a month-level segment and rounded derived gait observations. It does not contain raw video, pose frames or landmarks, a name, email, user or report ID, or an exact timestamp. These purposes rely on performance of the service contract, legitimate interests in security and product improvement, and legal obligations where applicable.
3. Your video and optional features
RunCheck does not retain your raw running video. Personalized coaching uses relevant report results and the answers you provide. If you request a Runner Avatar, one selected image is used to create it and the temporary source copy is removed after processing. A share video is created only when requested and is not published automatically. You decide what to save, download or share.
4. Service providers and transfers
Only providers needed to operate the service receive the relevant data: Vercel for hosting and aggregate analytics, Supabase for authentication and saved reports, OpenAI for requested coaching and avatar creation, Stripe for payments, and Resend for sign-in emails. Some processing may occur outside the European Economic Area under applicable legal safeguards. RunCheck does not receive full card details and does not sell personal data.
5. Retention
Unsaved session information is removed when cleared or when the browser removes it. Locally created share videos are designed to expire after 48 hours. Saved reports, profiles and generated avatars remain until deletion is requested or the service is closed. Pack-credit records remain for the credit period, and payment or accounting records are kept for legally required periods. Security logs are kept only as long as operationally necessary.
6. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability, and withdraw consent where relevant. Contact RunCheck.run@gmail.com. You may also complain to the CNIL at www.cnil.fr.
7. Security and updates
RunCheck applies proportionate technical and organisational safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Material changes to this policy will be shown through an updated date and, where required, an in-product notice.
