Privacy Policy

This policy explains how RunCheck.Run handles information when you use RunCheck.

1. Who is responsible

Controller: RunCheck.Run. Address: 126 Rue Saint Denis 75002 paris. Privacy contact: corecovered@gmail.com.

2. Information used by RunCheck

3. Current processing model

Running videos, imported activity files, completed analyses and unlock identifiers are currently processed or stored in the runner’s browser. Raw videos and activity files are not sent to RunCheck’s server. RunCheck’s operator cannot currently view browser-local analyses or recover them after browser storage is erased.

4. Payments

Stripe processes payment details under its own privacy terms. RunCheck sends Stripe the payment email and an internal analysis reference to create and verify Checkout. RunCheck does not receive or store complete card details.

5. Purposes and legal bases

Local analysis is performed to provide the service requested by the runner. Payment data is processed to perform the purchase contract and meet accounting obligations. Essential security logs may be processed for legitimate interests in protecting the service.

6. Retention

Browser-local checks remain until the runner clears them or browser storage. Payment and accounting records are retained by Stripe and the operator for the period required by applicable law. Production security-log retention must be documented with the selected hosting provider before launch.

7. Sharing and international transfers

Payment data is shared with Stripe. Production hosting and other processors must be listed here before launch, together with applicable transfer safeguards.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may complain to their supervisory authority. Requests should be sent to corecovered@gmail.com. Browser-local data can be removed using “Clear history” or the browser’s site-data controls.

9. Security

RunCheck uses server-only payment keys, payment verification, security headers, rate limits and data minimisation. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Suspected incidents should be reported to corecovered@gmail.com.

10. Changes

Material changes will be reflected by an updated date and, where required, an in-product notice.
